The mission of the MIS department is to become one of Egypt and the Middle-East's leading teaching and learning information systems departments, renowned for its distinguished teaching, research and business consultancy. To achieve this mission the MIS department will: o Promote high quality teaching; o Foster research; o Engage in a business partnership with various business sectors; o Discover and disseminate IS knowledge; o Extend knowledge and its application beyond the boundaries of its campuses; o Just as the MIS department values its students, the department appreciates its team of administrative, technicians and staff members whose time and skills are devoted to meet the mission of the department. The MIS department recognizes their work and compensates them at nationally competitive levels. |
